Throughout my education at Breda University of Applied Sciences, I have prepared and presented many presentations. This page will showcase the presentations I'm most proud of. As a level designer, I find it very important to be able to communicate my ideas as well as my understanding of a topic effectively with my audience, I believe that good public speaking and communication are the cornerstones for getting my ideas out there and achieving clarity within the design team I'm part of.
Visual communication lecture presentation as year 2 level design teaching assistant
During my first block in year 4, I had an opportunity to be a level design teaching assistant for year 2 students. My responsibilities included making a presentation talking about lighting and tecturing in level design, however, later it turned out that it was meant to be presented to both level and technical design students, which is why I decided to rename it to visual communication lecture that covered everything there is to know about visual communication in games on a beginner level.
